ISPSO AM 2024 Conference

We welcome you to the 2024 ISPSO annual symposium, professional development workshops and related events. Our vision for the 2024 event in Sofia, Bulgaria is to co-create a rich, immersive and inclusive temporary learning community where we can experience the ferment of engaging in a rich intellectual, emotional and social milieu to think together about some of the challenges facing us as we enter the mid-2020’s.

For many of us, this will be the first time we meet face-to-face since the prolonged isolation that we experienced during the Covid pandemic. ISPSO members will revitalize treasured friendships and those who have not attended ISPSO symposia in the past will be able to experience the richness, inclusivity and creativity of the ISPSO community.

Our express intent is to co-create a sense of ‘home and heart’ during this event. We are much more than thinkers, we are much more than presenters and attendees; we are deeply human and seek connection, contact and relationship with others who share our passion for a deep understanding of the human condition. Yes, we emphasise the psychoanalytic study of organizations, but it is human beings who populate organizations and it is human beings who study those organisations.
