40th Anniversary Celebrations
40 years ago ISPSO was founded…
… according to Larry by a group of 20 or so around a large conference room table in New York in Don Levine’s apartment. It is not any longer clear who exactly was at that table at that time, but some of our founding fathers (mothers joined later) are well known and still with our society like Michael Diamond, Larry Hirschhorn, Jim Krantz, Manfred Kets de Vries, Howard Schwartz. Of others we keep fond memories like Don Levine, Larry Gould, and Abraham Zaleznik.
At our annual meeting in South Africa on the 29th of June we will celebrate our birthday with a look backwards with videos of interviews of many of our distinguished members and presidents and we will also create a look into the future. A team of members is preparing this for us: Susann Naomi Israel, Brett Macfarlane, Anna Reiche, Larissa Philatova and Ekaterina Shapovalova. Afterwards we will continue the celebrations with a birthday party, drinks, music etc. which our AM team will organize. Thank you to all of you who are doing this for us. A book launch with a birthday present book will complete this event.
Please join us for this rich experience and let us celebrate that ISPSO is now a grown-up society!
