Continuing Education

This year ISPSO is offering Continuing Education (CE) credits for both Psychologists and Social Workers.  We are partnering with the Rutgers University Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology (GSAPP) Office of Professional Development and Continuing Education to provide Continuing Education (CE) credits for psychologists.  And we are partnering with the Center for Continuing Education (CCE) at Rutgers University Behavioral Health Care to offer CE credits for Social Workers.  It is noted on the website which particular workshops and presentations are approved for CE credits.

If you would like to earn CE credits for psychologists, please click this link to register for CE credits and to pay the $25 (USD) fee required.

If you would like to earn CE credits for social workers, please click this link to view Social Work Accreditation Information, to register for CE credits and to pay the $25 (USD) fee required.

For those attending in-person:
You must pick up a CE Attendance Record Sheet, list all the workshops and presentations attended, and have the presenter sign to confirm your full attendance at the program.  At the end of the conference, please scan and email that sheet to ce@gsapp.rutgers.edu for psychologists and to cce@ubhc.rutgers.edu for social workers. Please be sure to include your first name, last name, email, highest educational degree (not license), and profession. You will receive a letter or certificate for your credits.

For those attending virtually:
Your attendance at particular presentations will be recorded in the Zoom data, and passed on to the GSAPP Office of Professional Development and Continuing Education and the Rutgers University Behavioral Health Care CCE.  You must then email jeff@jeffreyaxelbankpsyd.com a list of all the presentations you attended, along with your first name, last name, email, highest educational degree (not license), and profession.

If there are any questions about Continuing Education credits, please address them to Jeffrey Axelbank at jeff@jeffreyaxelbankpsyd.com
