Bryn Mawr College is located in the town of Bryn Mawr, one in a string of quaint municipalities that follow
the route of the regional rail line that goes from Philadelphia through its western suburbs, called the “Main Line.” The Bryn Mawr commercial
street, Lancaster Avenue/Rt.30, is a 10 to 15-minute walk from the Bryn Mawr College campus.
The most convenient and least expensive accommodation is on campus, since there are no hotels within
walking distance of the college. On campus housing can be booked through the ISPSO Annual Meeting Event Manager;
other options must be booked independently by the conference attendees.
Daily travel between most hotels and the AM venue will require a car rental or the use of ride share or taxi services. Note that most American hotel rooms do not
come with breakfast included; please check with your booking to find out what they may offer.

For the best ISPSO community experience,
dramatically lower costs, and greatest convenience, it is recommended that Annual Meeting in-person attendees book on-campus student housing at Bryn Mawr College.
On campus housing is $59.00 per person per night. This fee covers a single room, shared bath, and all linens. Attendees can arrive 1-2 days earlier or stay 1-2 days later. A limited number of 2-person rooms are available. Attendees will have access to the College gym and exercise facilities, as well as the natural beauty of the campus and grounds.

The Inn at Villanova has offered ISPSO members a limited number of rooms at the“early-bird” booking discount of $199.00 plus taxes, subject to availability. This graceful conference center, hotel and mansion is within 3 miles of the College, and is also a short drive away from restaurants and shopping along Rt 30/Lancaster Ave in the towns of Wayne and Villanova. The Inn does not have a public restaurant, but has a fully equipped fitness center, free WIFI,morning coffee service and a small bar and café.

Small groups of attendees may book one of five two-bedroom apartments in adjoining 1920’s-era houseson quiet Morton Road, steps from the Bryn Mawr town business district and a 10-minute walk to the Bryn Mawr College campus. The apartments can be rented by the night for $194.00, all taxes and fees included; a stay of between 5 and 7 nights can be booked for a total of $971.00, all taxes and fees included. For more than 2 adults in an apartment, an additional $30 fee per person per night applies. Check the website for photos and details of apartments. Those who are experienced with locating accommodations via online short-term rental sites such as AirBnB or VRBO may wish to explore whether there are any affordable possibilities available close to Bryn Mawr or in the broader Main Line area.
