BEFORE YOU REGISTER: 

Important Tips on Pricing, FAQ, PDWs, and Discounts

Notice the All Inclusive Pricing – If you attend the 5-day Annual Meeting, your ticket price is comprehensive. It includes all general sessions, access to PDWs and papers, a ticket to the Gala Dinner, the Philadelphia excursion, all breakfasts and lunches. You may buy an additional Gala Dinner ticket for a partner or if you are a one-day-only registrant. The inclusive price does NOT include accommodation, nor does it include dinners on June 25 or 27.

Don’t Delay on PDW Sign-ups – Professional Development Workshops, full day or half day, in person or virtual, have registration limits on a first-come, first-served basis. Please indicate your first and second choices so that you are signed up for the program(s) you prefer. There are ample workshop options for all attendees.

Symposium - Parallel Paper sessions, Keynotes, and Panel will be both in-person and online [hybrid]. Sessions will be recorded and made available within a few hours. 

Ask about Student or Low-Income Country Discounts – Please contact the Event Registration Managers (am@ispso.net) if you would like information about discounts available for qualified students or for persons from lower-income countries. These countries include, among others: Bulgaria, India, Russia, South Africa, and Ukraine.

Cancellation Policy for ISPSO Annual Meeting 2025

We understand that plans can change. The following cancellation policy applies to all registrations for the ISPSO Annual Meeting 2025. By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below:

Refund Policy:

Full Refund: Cancellations made by Sunday 11 May will be eligible for a full refund of the registration fee.

1. Partial Refund: Cancellations made by Monday 26 May will be eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
2. Non-refundable: Cancellations made within 30 days of the event start date are non-refundable.

Bryn Mawr College Add-On Cancellation:
If you purchase the Bryn Mawr add-on for overnight accommodation on the college campus, please note that this fee is 100% non-refundable at any time.

Travel and Hotel Accommodation:
ISPSO is not responsible for refunds, changes, or credits related to travel expenses, airfare, or hotel accommodation. Attendees are solely responsible for co-ordinating any refunds or changes with the respective providers.

How to Cancel:
To cancel your registration, please email am@ispso.net with your name and registration details. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10 business days.
