Under this theme we want to explore the development of leadership and organizations in the post-pandemic world. The collective and individal trauma caused or reactivated by COVID will need to be managed and transcended to a possibly new stage. There will also be space and time for exploring the actual war trauma we are experiencing in Europe and the rest of the world. At the same time we also want to develop a new understanding of creating constructive leadership and innovation for personal and organizational growth to face the future in organizations.
The ISPSO Annual Symposium aims to be the principal forum in the world for Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations, through presentation and discussion of high quality papers, key notes and panels. It provides a forum for connecting and networking for members and non-members interested in the work of ISPSO. At the Symposium participants will have time and space to reflect on the presented questions and insights, their relevance to theory and practice and their personal ongoing learning. The Symposium also wants to encourage participants to more fully engage with the psychoanalytic study of organizations and incorporate it into their own work.
