Insights into the unconscious in organisations using the method of psychodynamic drawing with the tree as an organisation and the individual's role in it

Workshop Overview:

Introduction to the workshop:

• Presentation of the psychodynamic drawing method
• A visual representation of the benefits of the method through our experience of implementing it in companies
• Presentation of the specific application of the method through the tree/individual/organization interaction

Interactive part:

• Drawing
• Guided joint analysis of drawings

In-depth insights:

• Presentation of the results of the method of our work by organizations as a basis for an in-depth reflection on the drawings here
• Work in small groups - thinking about associations to the drawings here, searching for insights

Conclusion of the workshop:

• What did we learn? What will we take with us?

Purpose:

Participants will learn more about the method of psychodynamic drawing and its specific implementation by drawing a tree as an organization and their role in it. They will understand how they unconsciously experience their role within a temporary or permanent organization at a given moment. They will learn about the wide possibility of using psychodynamic drawing using the tree as an organization and the individual's role in it , for example:

• measuring the climate or satisfaction in the organization and teams,
• searching for hidden conflicts,
• well being of the individual in the team,
• personnel selection,
• employment process
• entry event for workshops

Benefits for participants:

• They will learn a specific way of using the psychodynamic drawing method by drawing a tree as an organization and their role in it
• They will get a valuable experience of using a creative method, with which we approach our own unconscious and the unconscious in a team, organization, group.
• They will gain insights and experience that they can transfer to their organizations or to their professional work (as consultants, coaches, therapists...).
• We intend to link the title of the drawing with ISPSO, so that the conclusions after the workshop can be a valuable source of information about how the AM ISPSO participants see and feel the organization at a given moment, which can contribute to the further directions of ISPSO and the organization of the AM
