Joanne Bowman, MA in Change Management and Organizational Psychology. Joanne is an experienced Organizational Consultant and Leadership Coach, specializing in working with teams and groups within organizations, particularly in the higher education and nonprofit sectors. She brings a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, leveraging the psychodynamic lens to explore and enhance the health of organizational and group systems. Joanne is a member of ISPSO, AKRI, and as a member of the New York Center for the Study of Organizations and Group Processes, she has been on staff for group relations conferences and is a host of the Social Dreaming Matrix. Additionally, Joanne is an avid functional fitness athlete, personal trainer, and health and wellness advocate, dedicated to helping individuals align their professional lives with their overall health and wellness.

Coming from dual cultural heritage (German-Japanese), Susann engages internationally as Executive & Group Coach and Organisational Development Consultant. Her practice Naomi Israel Consulting Ltd. is based in Zurich. She strives for creating a safe space for leadership conversations and creativity-based development, using socio-analytic methods. The 20 years prior, she held change and executive leadership roles within global organisations, primarily financial services. Geographically, she moved from Germany to Singapore to Switzerland. Susann holds a BA in Production Engineering, an MBA in International Business from Nanyang Business School, and an Executive Master in Change from INSEAD. She joined ISPSO in June 2022. She is accredited as Practitioner by EMCC (EIA), where she serves as active board member within the Swiss chapter.

AUTUMN KNIGHT is a New York based interdisciplinary artist working with performance, video, sound and text. Knight holds an M.A. in Drama Therapy from New York University. She has been an administrator, member, and consultant within various group relations conferences and events over the last 16 years. She has combined the Tavistock model and drama therapy techniques in her creative work and in her experiences as an educator. Knight is the recipient of various visual art awards, grants, honors, and fellowships including The Nancy B. Negley Rome Prize in Visual Art, and a Guggenheim Fellowship and most recently the Trellis Art Fund.

Marc brings over 40 years of experience as an organizational clinician. He has helped for profit and nonprofit executives; boards and senior managers develop and transform their organizations. Marc teaches organizational psychology and sits on a number of boards. He is a long time member of the Boston (where he serves on the Board) and New York Centers of AKRI, the ISPSO, is a founding member of the Centre for Social Dreaming, and has held executive positions at AT&T, Westinghouse Electric Company, NYNEX Corporation (Verizon) and Music Mining Co. Marc is a partner at Hoola-Hoop LLC and a former musician known for his selective yet abundant coffee consumption, collection of whiskey and vinyl records.

Martin grew up in 7 countries mostly in Latin America. He’s had 35 years’ experience as a psychoanalytic, family and group therapist. A certified yoga coach, his bi-lingual psychotherapy practice combines contemporary psychoanalysis with body/mind practices drawn from world wisdom traditions. His organizational consulting ranges from hi tech startups, to public housing and hurricane disaster relief in Puerto Rico. Doctoral research on cultural identity and intergroup relations led to a Fulbright Scholar and teaching award at Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City. In partnership with Marc Maltz and Social Dreaming developer, Gordon Lawrence, he contributed to the evolution of the host role. Previously member at large of The New York Center, he is member of ISPSO and a founder of the Centre for Social Dreaming.
