I am psychoanalytical psychotherapist, coach and organisational consultant with previous professional experience in management consulting and financial service sector. As an organisational consultant and coach I work with individuals and companies on leadership development, adaptation to changing business environments and corporate cultures, overcoming burnout, adaptation of expats in new countries of residence. Throughout my career I lived and worked in different countries among which I spent 17 years in Moscow, Russia. I am certified business coach from the Association of Psychoanalytic Coaching and Business Consulting (APCBC), Moscow. Board member of APCBC 2019-2022. PDW chair of ISPSO AM 2022.
