Rafael Chiuzi, PhD, is an organizational psychologist and Associate Professor of Organizational Behaviour at the University of Toronto Mississauga. His work focuses on leadership, organizational change, group dynamics, and management education. He has a growing interest in systems psychodynamics and psychoanalytic approaches to organizational life, particularly questions of authority, role, anxiety, and change. His work combines academic research and teaching with organizational consulting and leadership development.
