I have been working as an Organization Development consultant since 2014. In my consulting work I support clients in complex change processes, just as with overcoming challenges in and between (leadership)teams or departments, integrating my understanding of systems psychodynamics to deepen our insights regarding the client system. I work with my clients on the systems, team and individual levels, and across all levels of hierarchy. I work both in private and public sector - the latter mostly comprising EU Agencies and Institutions. In my educator role I teach and support students on MSc and post graduate levels in courses related to OD and organisational learning. Board member and co-chair of the Hungarian OD Society between 2019-2026
