Darshini Santhanam is a London-based organisational consultant, coach, and researcher working within the systems psychodynamic paradigm. She founded The Human Skills Company, which partners with organisations to uncover the unconscious dynamics shaping culture, resilience, and engagement. Her INSEAD Executive Master in Change research examined internal coaching as a vehicle for organisational renewal. She is currently a doctoral researcher at the Tavistock Institute, exploring the psychodynamic implications of AI-driven transformation on human behaviour and workplace innovation. With experience spanning multiple geographies and industries, her work bridges theory and practice to help individuals and organisations navigate uncertainty and large-scale change.
