As an executive coach, I support executives and organizations through transformation processes using a systemic-psychodynamic approach. My work combines more than 20 years of experience in leadership and human resources with psychodynamic psychotherapy, organizational consulting, and executive coaching. This unique combination enables me to blend strategic business acumen with profound psychological insights, thereby empowering executives. Through my roles as a Senior HR Business Partner, Managing Director, entrepreneur, and psychotherapist, I understand leadership from various perspectives. In addition to my business education with a focus on human resources, my educational background inincludes studies at the Psychoanalytic Academy in Vienna and an MBA in Change Management from the Vienna University of Technology.
