Dipl.-Ing. Michael Hauger (M.S.) supports clients as an executive and team coach, helping them master change and strengthen collaboration. He brings extensive experience from complex organisations in transformation, combined with strong business insight and leadership practice from more than 25 years in senior and executive roles in public affairs, communications and corporate functions of international companies and organisations. He holds an Executive Master’s in Change (EMC) from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, completed with distinction, and a degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Stuttgart. Earlier he earned a controller’s diploma from the Controller Academy in Gauting. He is an ICF-certified Integral Development Coach and Advanced Team Effectiveness Coach and founded the consulting firm AURES CORDIS in 2022.
