Researcher and practitioner working at the intersection of psychoanalytic organisational theory and geopolitics. My work asks how sustained external pressure — sanctions, supply disruption, chronic uncertainty — transforms group functioning at the level of basic assumptions. I work with organisations and teams for whom geopolitical threat has become a permanent condition of organisational life. This makes the gap between Bion's theory and lived practice unusually small — and that gap is where my research and consulting work lives. Currently completing a Master's in Psychoanalytic Business Consulting at HSE Moscow. Associate Member, ISPSO.
