Now I work as an executive coach and organisational consultant in Munich. My background combines medical training, psychodynamic psychotherapy and over twenty years of leadership experience in healthcare organisations. Early in my career I worked in a psychoanalytically oriented psychosomatic department, which shaped my understanding of the interplay between individual experience, group processes and organisational structures. In later leadership roles I encountered similar dynamics, particularly where responsibility, authority and decision-making are under pressure. Today I support leaders and organisations in reflecting on role, mandate and organisational dynamics. My approach combines systemic organisational consulting with a psychodynamic perspective.
