He currently serves as EVP, Organisation and Culture Transformation at a leading financial institution in the UAE, working closely with senior leadership on enterprise-wide transformation, culture, and leadership effectiveness. His work focuses on the interplay between leadership, authority, and organizational dynamics, with particular interest in how unconscious processes shape behavior and decision-making in complex systems. He lives in Dubai and works internationally.
