I work at the intersection of organisational life, psychology, and leadership, drawing on a background in digital transformation within technology and professional services organisations, and client work spanning financial services, automotive, travel and transport, technology, and pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, across both large enterprise and mid-sized organisations. My current focus is on how leaders experience sustained uncertainty and how unconscious organisational dynamics shape authority, identity, and decision-making. I am completing an MSc in Organisational Psychology and training in psychodynamic approaches to leadership coaching at the Tavistock Institute, having previously completed training in counselling and therapeutic skills at Metanoia.
