I am a psychologist and psychoanalytic psychotherapist. I work with organizations to foster their development, manage crises and conflicts, and stimulate change. My expertise focuses on identifying potential collusive, regressive, and/or conservative dynamics within organizations that hinder development processes, in order to instead foster change, innovation, and creativity. I teach this at the School of the Academy of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy.
