About Me



I have been working for 20 years. After working in the field of budget financial analysis for 10 years, I turned to the field of strategic planning. The work I did in the field of strategic planning aroused curiosity in understanding the individual and organizational dynamics of transformation. I have been working on corporate transformation since 2016. I facilitate individuals and institutions in their transformation journey. After professional coaching training, I received gestalt practitioner training and transactional analysis training. The INSEAD EMC program between 2022-24 contributed to my individual and professional transformation. I think of myself as a student who enjoys sharing what I know and learn.
