For more than 25 years, my career has been from Sales Manager to Operations Director in Production. In every company, I was challenged to become a change leader. When implementing the changes, I paid attention to how employees feel in this process. I paid a lot of attention to the involvement of employees in the process, created comfortable and safe conditions for them, and helped them to reveal their creative abilities. Therefore, in 2023, I decided to take special training in systemic psychodynamic organizational counseling from HSE University (2025). I am convinced that collective growth and development is possible with the support of a specialist who understands unconscious processes and the emotional sphere.
