Rachel is a systemically and psychodynamically informed specialist in organisation development, executive coaching, and team facilitation. She supports organisational health by enhancing systemic awareness, compassion, collaboration, and engagement, based on appreciative and participative approaches. With her broad experience of different organisational cultures and leadership topics, in public, corporate and humanitarian sectors around the world, she partners with clients in creating healing journeys and fostering new ways of working. Rachel holds a PhD on the human dynamics of post-merger integration and is trained in a range of social sciences and coaching methodologies. She accompanies deep personal and collective shifts through coaching in leadership transitions, team development, conflict transformation, and change leadership.
