Susanne is an organizational psychologist and lawyer by training and certified/accredited in organizational consulting, group dynamics, team and executive coaching, mediation, cross-cultural communication and other group work methods. Her experience includes consulting for many years with the United Nations and International Development Banks as well as NGOs and multinational corporates. Susanne has specific training and experience in helping clients to work through the challenges of conflict and trauma at whole-of-system, group, and individual levels. She has lived and worked in Europe, the USA, and Southeast Asia. Recently, she has frequently travelled for consulting assignments to Ukraine and the Occupied Palestinian Territories. She works in English and German and is co-author of publications on distance leadership.
