Dr. Heck works in private practice as a clinical psychologist and executive advisor. She also serves as a training faculty member at Teleos Leadership Institute, an ICF-accredited executive coach development program. In her advising, psychotherapy, and supervision practices, Dr. Heck integrates her knowledge of individual and interpersonal psychology, personality theory, attachment/developmental theory, emotional intelligence, and group dynamics with her advising skill-set in order to help her students and clients achieve their personal, professional, and learning goals. In her spare time, Dr. Heck also volunteers as a community radio programmer/producer/host at G-town Radio 92.9FM in Philadelphia. Prior episodes of her shows "We're All Crazy" and "The Everyday Feminist" are available in podcast form on nearly all platforms.
