I have a background of working across various sectors most recently in higher education. I am a BACP accredited counsellor and supervisor. Being a systems psychodynamic organisational consultant allows me to have a fuller understanding of the human dimensions of organisational systems In my work at Tavistock Consulting, I help people to think deeply about their experiences of work. Enabling all individuals, leaders, their teams and organisation to discover hidden knowledge that can increase impact, performance, and collaboration. I am a graduate of the D10 Masters in Leading & Consulting in Organisations with distinction.
