Charlotte is an organisational consultant and executive coach with over 25 years experience of working with change in various roles. She has spent her career consulting, leading, counselling, coaching, training and facilitating learning and change across a range of sectors. Her career started in organisational change management in the field of bilingualism in Wales in the 90's following the Welsh Language Act. In 2000 she trained as a counsellor and spent the next part of her career providing individual counselling before leading and developing a clinical service. Whilst in role as Head of a counselling service in a London University, she focused her interest in organisational dynamics, and retrained as an organisational consultant and a coach. Since then she has been providing coaching and consultancy to teams and individuals across the sectors. Charlotte has worked across all levels of organisations and partnerships and has a solid understanding of the complex organisational dynamics within and across organisations. Charlotte now works as an organisational consultant for Tavistock Consulting and teaches on the Masters in Consulting and Leading in Organisations at the Tavistock & Portman.
