I work internationally with directors, executives, and gifted professionals in senior leadership roles, facing existential shifts. I coach clients to land into themselves and be effective in role. To regain autonomous choice to respond in stead of react, by discovering unconscious valencies rooted in early years in family of origin and effecting interrelational patterns in current roles, professionally and privately. I elicit the awareness, energy and courage needed, to be an effective decision maker in groups and collectives that free their enterprise to adapt gracefully and thrive in complexity. Vitality, flow and resilience are the natural result. My approach is grounded in the fields of complexity theory as found in f.i. system psychodynamics, adult development, giftedness, positive disintegration and post-traumatic growth.
