Sini Parampota is a career development expert, DEI advocate, researcher and consultant, sitting on several national and international boards, technical committees and working groups, including the Academic Advisory Council of Educluster Finland, the APCDA, and the NCDA. She works with individual clients, organizations, as well as policy and decision makers at different levels towards achieving individual and collective wellbeing and prosperity, leveraging the interconnectivity between career development practice and systems psychodymics research, as well as providing specialized information and opinion to strengthen career guidance provision locally and internationally. Through her doctoral studies, she investigates career as a transitional object and its potential application to create more inclusive workplaces.
