Alexander is an expert in leadership, change and culture strategies. He works with professional services firms, executives and teams all over Europe. Alexander has worked with firms like Baker & McKenzie and Deloitte and was M&A partner at a leading Austrian boutique law firm. At Red Bull, he was the Head of General Legal for Europe, Russia and CIS, managed legal operations in 48 countries and worked on the company's global legal strategies. Alex studied change and system psychodynamic theory at INSEAD Business School (EMC), law at YALE Law School and the University of Vienna (JD, LL.M., PhD) and psychotherapy (integrative therapy) at the Austrian Association for Group Therapy and Group Dynamics. His has a deep interest in how unconscious processes drive and block individual effectiveness, innovation and organizational performance.
