Nicole is also an Engarde© Certified Business Negotiation Coach and she uses the INSEAD Executive Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change methods with specific emphasis on cross-cultural, senior leadership and team development. A former Equity Partner and Global Head of Financial Services Practice with one of the leading European Executive Search firms, Nicole has gained in-depth functional leadership experience in aligning a global team of 50+ Partners based in 35 countries.
