Regan Berry

About Me

I am an Executive coach and academic researcher. I work as a change architect, systems thinker, transformation and culture practitioner informed by a Systems Psychodynamic understanding of teams, systems and organisations. My doctoral study was based on a decade long journey working with a South African primary school situated in a trauma saturated community. My theoretical framework included systems psychodynamic theory and two other systems theories. The study culminated in the construction of a framework to guide the holistic transformation of schools situated in multiple deprived communities ensuring they cultivate containment and a culture that enables a focus on their primary task of learning and teaching.
