About Me

I am a leadership coach and am involved in leadership, team and school development. I have a private practice as Social Worker offering psychoanalytically informed counselling. The theoretical framework of my doctoral research consisted of systems psychodynamic theory, spiral dynamic theory and ecological systems theory. In this study I constructed a framework to facilitate holistic transformation of South African township schools.
