My mission is to help leaders and organisations achieve better interpersonal relationships and increase understanding of everything that happens in unconscious and effects communication, relationships, cooperation, efficiency and organisational culture. My goal is to help upgrade or improve the leadership of employees and the organisation. I work as a coach and organisational consultant with systemic psychodynamic approaches, with a strong emphasis on communication. I specialised in working with leaders and management teams, most often working with family businesses and I have over 20 years of experience.
