Online Conference 5-11 July 2021
Laura is a Colombian American physician with a passion for mental health and how it affects the way we live and work. Before her medical training, she worked for an NGO that specialized in leadership and outdoor education, thus developing strong skills for teamwork. She did a masters in Neuropsychiatry and Clinical Psychology in Spain, furthermore, she went into Psychoanalytic Training. She’s passionate about mental health because human stories move her, but also because of the belief that we can, through collective work, improve the work environment. Her interest lies in how we bring all of who we are to work, thus influencing our leadership, management, and group dynamics. She opened the door to how organizations and groups function through conferences and courses from the Tavistock and Portman Foundation in the UK.
