Carolyn started her professional life working with individuals, groups and organisations dealing with addiction. She has been successfully creating conversations and working with conflict resolution for over 20 years. As a CEO, Carolyn has direct experience of leading her organisation through a merger, she now supports other people and organisations in transition. She works with commercial organisations, charities and individuals in the UK, Europe, Latin America and the United States. Trained as a Couples Counsellor and Workplace Mediator brings relationships to the heart of her work. She also provides reflective practice to forensic groups in prisons. Her interests are the personal, the roles we inhabit and the culture we live within.
