Susann Naomi Israel, Dipl. Ing. (FH)/MBA/EMC, is founder of Naomi Israel Consulting Ltd. She provides her services as Executive & Group Coach. Key themes address professional challenges, which organisations and leaders acting in them struggle with today, e.g., genuinely improving diversity, addressing transformation anxiety, building strong corporate cultures, enabling sustainable executive development, and engaging in trust-based interaction. Leveraging her 22-years in international organisations, her cultural heritage, and her academic foundation, her goal is to create and facilitate the safe space for individual executives and their teams to reflect and address these challenges.
