My passion is for the positive contribution to healthy organisations and work cultures that applied systems psychodynamics can make. I find the study of unconscious processes in groups, organisations and systems fascinating and challenging. For the past fifteen years, I have combined academic teaching and supervision with coaching and consulting to organisations. As a co-founder and Executive of NIODA since 2010, I have also been learning a lot about co-creating, leading and managing an organisation from the inside and what it takes to 'walk the talk' of applied systems psychodynamics. ISPSO has been my professional 'home' since 2004 and I was a member of the Board from 2016 - 2019
