Wissam is a leadership and organizational development expert who works with senior leaders, leadership teams and organizations to unlock hidden potential. He brings over 25 years of experience in organizational transformation and 9 years coaching leaders. Wissam was the Head of Institutional Management at The Executive Council, Dubai Government, where he co-designed the institutional and governance structures of Dubai Government. He then led the transformation of several Dubai Government entities. Wissam also spent more than 12 years as an Advisor at the UAE Prime Minister’s Office, where he was responsible for transforming the machinery of Federal Government.
