Andrew is an Executive Coach with 31 years of Leadership experience in Asia, 25 of them based in Singapore. He has been Coaching, Facilitating and Teaching independently since 2012. He is an Adjunct Professor at SP Jain School of Global Management teaching Personal Effectiveness and Leading Teams & Organizations on the EMBA program. He is an external coach on masters programs at INSEAD and Singapore Management University Masters programs. Earlier Andrew was a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank AG for 13 years, where he led Global HR, Operations & IT functions. In the 90s he worked in the Middle East, in HR Corporate and Consulting roles after leaving the UK. Andrew studied Coaching at Ashridge Business School, UK, and holds the INSEAD Masters of Coaching & Consulting for Change.
