Amelia has trained as a System Psychodynamis-coach and works with executives, groups, teams and organizations supporting clients to understand what interferes with their achievement in work and life. Dialogue and experiential exercises, as well as PRO and BART are some of her working lenses. Her clients work in multinationals, are small/medium enterprises, family businesses, NGO's and public sector organizations. After her studies in international relations, politics, history and languages, Amelia has spent over 19 years in the field of education. She holds an Executive Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change (EMC) from INSEAD, and certificates from Tavistock Consulting in Executive Coaching and Group Dynamics. She is a PhD candidate at NIODA.
