Pearl was first trained to be a diplomate in Hanoi, Vietnam; then re-trained in Business Administration and spent 28 years in Asia as business development manager, managing director, brand creator, company founder. She later engaged in intensive studies of system-psychodynamics while qualifying in Consulting, Coaching and Supervision. She helps people see themselves clearly in their working relationship with others in groups and organisation. Through processes of learning from own experiences, they can develop a high level of personalised leadership competencies. She likes to work with group dynamics, role biography, emotions and neurobiological explanations. She views the beauty of the world as a constant blend of Yin and Yang, wisdom and knowledge, and welcomes new experiences.
