Dr Nuala Dent provides consulting services in leadership coaching and organisational culture change, across the corporate, government, health and education sectors. With over fifteen years’ experience in the study of organisations, Nuala has a deep knowledge of unconscious group dynamics and how these can manifest in organisational artefacts and behaviours. Nuala works alongside her clients to develop an understanding of the person(s), in their role(s), in their organisation(s), in the wider context. This approach is adapted for use within and across organisations to cultivate awareness without judgement, to invite learning from experience, and to create change that ‘sticks’
