About Me



Niels van Steenbergen is from the Netherlands and is an educator, consultant and executive coach. His company is an agency for leadership development and offers various professional development programs and consultancy services. He previously served as a lecturer and course leader at the University of Utrecht. He studied Organizational Psychology at the University of Utrecht. His training, coaching and consulting work is deeply influenced by two professional development programs; IAS International, Netherlands (two years) and Inscape international, Germany (two years). He attended several working conferences, seminars, and workshops at the Grubb Institute, Tavistock Consultancy Service and Group Relations Nederland. He is interested in the questions why things happen (or do not happen) the way they do. Special interests include leadership, the dark side of organizations , and conflict, sex & gender issues within organizations. Niels develops, coordinates and executes international leadership courses in Dutch, English and German for academics, tax professionals and people from developing countries .
