I specialise in providing strategic advice, guidance and developing interventions for executive leaders in the public sector. I also provide coaching services including role analysis, and promote coaching outside for the benefits it brings to the coaching experience. I'm also an author and write honestly about complex psychological processes. My current research and writing interests include emotion in the workplace, the dynamics of teaching, reflective spaces, and capability for creating hybrid workplaces.
