Kenwyn Smith, a scholar-practitioner, is Professor of Organizational Behavior at the University of Pennsylvania. His educational enterprises that have served people from 100+ countries, focus on intra/intergroup dynamics, organizational politics, leadership/followership, and change management. His research has been in a range of settings: prisons, schools, businesses, health care institutions, state enterprises, under-resourced townships in South Africa, agencies creating sustainable livelihoods in rural India, financial services in urban America, pharmaceuticals in Belgium, and communities in Philadelphia during the HIV/AIDS pandemic. His best-known book is Paradoxes of Group Life (co-authored with David N. Berg). His latest writings are about The Abundance-Scarcity Paradox (see abundancescarcity.com)
