Online Conference 5-11 July 2021
Over the past 20 years I have worked with individuals and groups on organisation dynamics, skill development, role definition, reflective analysis of individual and organisational activity, enhanced communication, and leadership. Skilled in the facilitation of both content and process, I am fascinated by the way we work together, the way in which we take up our roles within organisations and the impact we have on each other, our organisations and the wider community. A continued interest in professional development has led to socio-analytic consultancy training, a Masters of Organisation Change, Executive Coaching accreditation, Counselling (Drug & Alcohol) and participation on a wide range of conferences/workshops in gender, leadership, and personal development. I have had the opportunity to experience both senior management roles (within large corporates and the public sector), and work as an external organisational consultant to business ranging from 10 to 10,000 employees. I have a passionate interest in continuing to learn about socio-analytic processes as they apply to organisations and the on-going challenge of gender equity and the distribution of power & authority.
