I am an independent organisational consultant. I provide consultancy, coaching, and supervision for a wide range of clients. I am a senior consultant at INSEAD Business School where together with colleagues I design and deliver experiential leadership programmes and coaching training. I have a long association with the Tavistock Clinic where I have held a number of consultancy and educational roles. My doctoral research, undertaken at the Tavistock, was on the topic of containment in contemporary organisations.
