I work in private practice as a clinical psychologist. I am a child, adolescent, and parent/infant psychotherapist, mentalization based treatment practitioner, and a psychotherapists' supervisor. I work as an organizational consultant in different working environments (health services, social care services and companies). I am a trainer at the four-year school of specialization in psychoanalytic psychotherapy of the CFR in Trieste. (Italy). I worked on AUREI, a web app that was born as a platform about ‘making work a better place’ by providing tools to individuals, teams, and CEOs to measure and optimize Emotional Systems at an individual level and Emotional Capital at the organizational level and offering tailored interventions to optimize emotional capital.
