Working and living in markets like China, the USA, Germany, the Netherlands, Thailand, Bangladesh, Ghana, Australia, and Singapore, he specializes in growing profitable businesses and leadership development. His focus is strategy development and the implementation of strategic transformations through building high performing, multi-cultural teams. In his previous business roles, Elco was an executive business leader and consultant at Nestlé S.A. e.g. in roles like Commercial Director of the Greater China Region. He was also vice-CEO of the Bestseller Fashion Group China, in charge of a US$500 million business with over 1,000 stores. Elco is passionate about education and has been for 6 years a Board member
