A volume presented on behalf of the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations (ISPSO). The satisfaction of seeing these papers in print is tempered only with regret that other equally worthy papers could not be included due to space constraints. Nonetheless, the papers contained in this volume illustrate the intellectual vitality that has characterized ISPSO during its first 25 years.
