Knowledge Development Program aims to document, collect, and present much of the
accumulated knowledge of ISPSO members. The program is a new ISPSO initiative started in 2023.
The purpose of the Knowledge Development Program (KDP) is to make psychoanalytic theory, methods, and studies of organisations authored by ISPSO members available to:
In this way the KDP is a platform that supports ISPSO’s purpose “to explore how psychoanalytic thinking can further our understanding of organisations and the wider social influences that impact them. The insights gained are used to promote and support the development of healthier, more humane and better performing organizations.”
The first activity taking place under this program is to present and record "Social Defences" a workshop by James Krantz 18 April 2023. For details and registration read more.
